A link to Operation Nukorea had been posted to the front page of Metafilter on April 18, 2003, and the many comments that followed make up the text of Metablast.The 2003 date is based on the discussion of it on Metafilter in March 2004 (http://www.metafilter.com/31672/METABLAST) and the fact that the work consists of the text from a discussion on Metafilter from April 18, 2003. It's entirely possible that the work was first published in 2004.The work was published on Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries' webpage in 2004 according to Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.
